The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 17773 of 2012, which stood dismissed in respect of respondent no. 7 & 8 due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 18-07-2013.

In view of facts and circumstances, the present petition is allowed.

Let C.W.J.C. No. 17773 of 2012 be restored in respect of respondent no. 7 & 8.

It is clarified that if order dated 18-07-2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17773 of 2012 is not complied with within a period of four weeks from today, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 17773 of 2012 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a bench. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
