Patna High Court CWJC No.11120 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 constructing Panchayat Bhawan at Gram Panchayat Raj Parasi, BlockArwal, District-Arwal on Plot no.543, Khata no.100 area -50 decimal in the light of letter no.8354 dated 30.08.2022 issued by the Panchayat Raj Department, Govt. of Bihar as the Gram Panchayat Bhawan is to be constructed at the main village of the Gram Panchayat on public land or donated land in the name of Governor of Bihar. The said land has also been demarcated and earmarked for construction of Panchayat Bhawan but till date nothing has been done."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Arwal for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
