2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 IPC and Section 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of U.A.P Act registered in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 57/2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the accusations are general and omnibus in nature without any specific assault being attributed to the petitioners. Other similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by this court. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56096 of 2018(3) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Bail petition stands dismissed.
5. If the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
