2. The present modification application has been preferred to modify the judgment dated 15.05.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.4902 of 2024 only to the extent that the name of the petitioner no.4 be read as Kumari Kabita Bala in place of Kumari Babita Bala.

Patna High Court MJC No.2153 of 2024(3) dt.09-08-2024 2/2 application is allowed and the judgment dated 15.05.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.4902 of 2024 is modified to the extent that the name of petitioner no.4 is corrected and it should be read as Kumari Kabita Bala.
