The petitioner is in custody in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 589 of 2018/C.I.S. No. 70 of 2019 for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle. He is in custody since 17.10.2018. Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.
