JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ application which has been filed questioning the legality of the order dated 19.08.2010, appointing the respondent no.5 as Special P.P. to conduct the cases arising out of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act),1989.
On a consideration of the statements made in the writ petition, I am not satisfied that a case for interference in the said order is made out. The State can engage or retain an advocate of its choice.
The writ application is dismissed.
