Looking at the nature of the allegation and the reason behind filing of the present case against the petitioner, which arises out of a complaint case, anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Aurangabad, in connection with Complaint Case No. 471 of 2013 (Tr. No. 2115 of 2014), which shall be abide by the terms and conditions
