In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No.03 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 307 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that group of persons including the petitioners came to the house of the informant and started firing on the informant. The reason behind the incident has been alleged that brother of the informant was killed on 04.01.2016 and for that a criminal case being Buxar (I) P.S. Case No. 4 of 2016 is pending before the Sessions Court, the accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33347 of 2017 (2) dt.24-07-2017 2/2 persons are putting pressure on the informant to enter into the compromise.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
