Patna High Court LPA No.2236 of 2015(17) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 question has been decided in the light of orders already passed on 07.01.2014 in C.W.J.C. Nos. 19306 of 2012 and 18795 of 2010 and we are informed that the orders passed in both these cases have attained finality.
Keeping in view the above, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter.
