None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sherghatti P. S. Case No. 252 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of first information report it will appear that the thrust of allegations are against Ravi Kant Manjhi who happens to be one of the Devars of the informant. It is submitted that so far as these petitioners are concerned, they are the father-in-law, mother-in-law and two other younger brothers of the deceased husband of the informant about whom the allegations are that

No.56074 of 2018(3) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 even though they had agreed for marriage between the informant and Ravi Kant Manjhi, they were demanding the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- as dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have been falsely implicated and they have nothing to do with the informant. After death of her husband she lives separately with her daughter and whatever relationship she established with Ravi Kant Manjhi was out of her own will and volition.

Learned APP for the State is not present to oppose this application.

In the given facts and circumstances, taking note of the kind of allegations against these petitioners, the petitioners above named, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghatti, Gaya in connection with Sherghatti P. S. Case No. 252 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
