The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(c)/66(d) of I.T. Act. In the F.I.R., the informant alleges that this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons are involved in cheating the general public in the name of providing loan. During search, certain mobile phones and documents have been recovered from the possession of apprehended co-accused persons. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Name of this petitioner surfaced in this case on the disclosure made by co-accused Dharmendra Yadav, who was apprehended on spot. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47382 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S.
