Counsel for the State informs the Court on oral instruction that some authorization, provisionally, has been made in favour of the petitioner and for final settlement of family pension and other dues, steps have been initiated.

Keeping in mind that the husband of the petitioner died way back on 09.06.2012 and almost four years have gone past, leaving the present petitioner and minor siblings, the Court directs the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara that he will take appropriate steps by giving clear instruction to the concerned respondents, especially Respondent No. 6, the Circle Officer, Charpokhari, District

Patna High Court CWJC No.3900 of 2014 dt.30-01-2016 2/2 - Bhojpur at Ara that all the post-retiral dues as well as family pension etc. are processed and sanctioned within a period of three months from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
