2. The present writ application has been filed directing the respondents to restrain the fresh process of selection of Anganwari Sevika at Anganwari Centre, Chharapatti, Centre No. 14, Gram Panchayat Raj Tumaul, Block- Ghanshyampur, District- Darbhanga.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached this Hon'ble Court for disposing of the representation which was filed before the competent authority (respondent no. 2) questioning the selection of private respondent no. 8 on the post of Anganwari Sevika in reference to the petitioner. And accordingly, the representation of the petitioner was disposed of after hearing the parties and during pendency of the writ application the selection process of the Anganwari Sevika at Anganwari Centre, Chharapatti, Centre No. 14, Gram Panchayat Raj Tumaul, Block- Ghanshyampur, District- Darbhanga was held and respondent no. 8 was selected but the petitioner has not chosen to challenge the selection of respondent no. 8.
4. In view of the aforesaid, there is no merit in the writ petition and the same stands dismissed.
