2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2014 in connection with Hajipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 461, 379, 427, 436 and 34 IPC.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated owing to village politics.

4. Having regard to the fact that recovery of Rs.1,76,400/- has been made along with Gas cutter, Master Key and tools from the possession of the petitioner and from the open verandah of his house, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage.
