Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 379, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the accused persons came to the land of the informant while he was irrigating his field, started cultivating the field and damaged the standing wheat crop. Further allegation is that accused persons claimed the title over the said land.

No.39031 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute this false complaint case was lodged, in fact the petitioners are in possession of the land as it is also recorded in their name in Register-II and they have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Sushil Kumar Singh, Awadhesh Kumar Singh, Navin Kumar Singh, Sedu Kumar @ Ashish Kumar, Rajeev Kumar Singh and Chhotu Kumar Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Shiv Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No.72 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
