The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.183 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
In view of the fact that there is no evidence connecting the petitioners with the crime directly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4254 of 2021(3) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.183 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
