It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that during the pendency of writ application, all the grievances of petitioner has been resolved and payment has been made in this regard.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.2 to 5.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner is only with regard to pension in lower grade and seeks permission to file a fresh representation before the District

In this view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Patna, before whom the petitioner shall represent for his grievances and within 6 weeks from the date of filing of his representation a reasoned and speaking order shall be passed by the respondent no.2.

With this direction, the writ application is hereby disposed off.
