The present petition has been preferred for issuance of appropriate writ (s), order(s), direction(s) directing the respondents to consider and grant membership to the petitioners and other online applicants of the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society (hereinafter referred to as "PACS") Karmegh North, Block- Khutauna, District- Madhubani and to include the names of all the online applicants in the electoral roll of the ensuring PACS Election 2019 and for a direction to the Respondent to make an independent enquiry and declare the electoral roll sent by the Respondent No.9 as illegal and void and for a direction to the official Respondents not to finalize the electoral roll of Karmesh North, PACS, Block- Khutauna, District- Madhubani during the pendency of the writ application.
Learned Counsel for the respondents submit that with the passage of time, the matter has become infructuous. It is further submitted that in any case, the petitioners could have moved before the Registrar Co-operative Society.
