This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 342, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he entered into the office of the informant and ransacked the office. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the false allegation is there because complaint of the petitioner was not being redressed by the authority, concerned. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 874 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
