The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024 dated 28.02.2024, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on sections 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code was added. 3.
As per the prosecution case, from the materials available on record, it appears that the petitioner was not involved in the main crime of loot but has been found involved in trying to sell the looted motorcycle. He has also received a part of the loot amount.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51903 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 confessional statement of co-accused namely Arjun Kumar. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.03.2024.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed. 7.
Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, IVth, Rosera, District- Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024, subject to condition that: (I) The petitioner will mark his attendance at Gadhpura Police Station at every Sunday of each month. Default in appearance at the local Police Station will result into cancellation of his bail bond.
