JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.50306 of 2018. Petitioner is husband and allegation against him is that he killed the deceased and disposed of the dead body.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 5.8.2017 and only charge in this case has been framed.

Heard learned APP also.

In the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Learned trial court is directed to expedite the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44173 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 trial.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
