Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in fact, the present application has been filed as Civil Review but during the course of e filing by learned counsel for the petitioners, inadvertently the nature of case was chosen as "Civil Revision" and accordingly this case has been generated as Civil Revision instead of Civil Review. Learned counsel further submits that the hard copy shows that Civil Review application was prepared and filed.

3. In such circumstances, office is directed to treat this application as Civil Review instead of Civil Revision and afresh number may be generated for Civil Review by deleting the present number of the Civil Revision.
