The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case one loaded country made pistol alongwith one mobile were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
