Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 323 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 25(1-b)a/ 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 2.7.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted and the allegation is of recovery of a loaded country made pistol with one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel

Learned APP opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet submitted and is a person with clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 323 of 2021.
