The case of the petitioner is that he is entitled for payment of entire amount of deduction which has been made from his salary along with 15% interest in light of order contained in Memo No.996 dated 07.05. 2013. The said order has been brought on record by way of interlocutory application, which has been passed in compliance of the order passed by the Hon'ble Jharkhand High Court.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for the relief, as prayed for in the present writ petition in light of order contained in Memo No.996 dated 07.05.2013.
