Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.85 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 379, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that on the issue of mutation the petitioner assaulted the informant, a revenue employee, and also ransacked the office.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was only altercation as the informant had deleted the name of the petitioner from Register II and incorporated the name of other cosharers, the son of the petitioner has also lodged a police case against the said employee and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.38879 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 2 / 2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge, IX-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.85 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
