====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 333, 337, 338, 353, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are students. It is alleged that the petitioners along with 150 other persons, were involved in the dismantling the house and household articles entering into the house. It is alleged that people assembled and manhandled the Principal of Rajkumar Shukla Inter College, Satwariya on the instigation of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43383 of 2019(2) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 the local M.P. Sanjay Jaiswal. The petitioners are in custody since 22.04.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioners were among the 150 persons of violent mob, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019.
