The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.165 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have utilized her forged certificate of post graduation for appointment on the post of Assistant Professor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that during inquiry, it is found that the petitioner has

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner is an unmarried lady, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.165 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
