2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 27.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.22814 of 2022 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.87 of 2021 lodged under Section 392 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned District and Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of granting bail, this Court has been pleased to impose

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45689 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 certain conditions which the petitioner has failed to fulfill and submits that in future, such mistake shall not take place.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
