The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jehanabad P. S. Case No. 374 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case is the counter blast of Jehanabad P. S. Case No. 373 of 2017 and injury received are simple caused by hard blunt substance. The only allegation against petitioner no. 2 is that she snatched gold chain from the neck of Pappu Yadav.

Submission is of false implication and that the allegation under Section 379 IPC is ornamental one, no such offnece has taken place and only with a view to save skin from Jehanabad P.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44432 of 2017(2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 S. Case No. 373 of 2017 this case has been lodged and as such the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration. Learned APP fairly submits that the allegation of assault is against other accused persons.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners above named, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P. S. Case No. 374 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
