The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kishunpur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323,324, 307, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and there is a free fight over a land which was under Section 144 proceeding. Admittedly, the occurrence took place on account of irrigation of field which was being resisted by the other side. It is further submitted that the

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magaistrate, Supaul in connection with Kishunpur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
