The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.01.2016, passed by the learned Court of C. J. M., Bhojpur at Ara, in Ara Nawada P. S. case No. 34/15, whereby and where under cognizance has been taken under Sections 420, 467, 471/34 I. P. C. against the accused persons. 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file discharge petition, raising all the issues raised in the present petition, at the time of framing of charges by the learned Trial Court. Liberty so sought is granted.
