This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498-A, 494 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of the petitioner is that there is only allegation against her that she is the second wife of the husband of the informant. It is submitted that the factum of first marriage of her husband was not disclosed to the petitioner. Considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2524 of 2021(2) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Mahila P.S.
