2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For a direction to the authorities concerned to dispose of the mutation application of the petitioner which has been pending since 2024.

(ii) For a direction to the authorities concerned to issue rent report in the favour of the petitioner bearing Mauza

Patna High Court CWJC No.11072 of 2026(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/3 Kasha, Thana No.10, Thana Mokama, Khata No.228, Khesra No.288 others. and (iii) For a direction to the authority concerned to Barauni Thermal compensation petitioner. NTPC to pay heavy and other benefits to the (iv) For a direction to the authority concern to do the procedure of Simankan between Patna District and Begusarai District.

(v) For a direction to the authority concern to disposed of the several representations filed by the petitioner.

(vi) For a direction to the authority concern to save the life and property of the petitioner in the light of order dated 01.05.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.11636 of 2022.

(vii) For any other relief/reliefs which deem fit & proper in the eye of law.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be taking steps for filing an appropriate petition before the Additional Collector (Revenue) in line with the order passed by the Collector, Begusarai.

4. Learned State Counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to take steps for filing an appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.11072 of 2026(2) dt.24-07-2026 3/3 petition along with supporting documents before the Additional Collector, Begusarai who shall be taking up the matter and after hearing all the parties/perusing the records, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law at an earliest.
