Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that petitioner has been paid his post-retirement dues in compliance of the direction issued by this Court. He submits that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit and now nothing is payable to the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the present proceeding is dropped.
In the event any amount payable to the petitioner has not yet been paid, or if there is any error in calculation, liberty
Patna High Court MJC No.2649 of 2016(6) dt.07-01-2019 2/2 shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.
