Patna High Court CWJC No.11487 of 2016(12) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application in view of the fact that the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar has become functional and the petitioners have alternative remedy before the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar for redressal of their grievance. This application is permitted to be withdrawn, with a liberty to approach the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar..
Learned Senior Counsel has further submitted that there was an interim order passed on 02.09.2016. He urges that the petitioners should have the liberty to seek similar relief by way of interim order before the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar.
Such liberty is also granted.
This application is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn, with the observations as above.
