JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased and according to prosecution case itself, the marriage of the deceased was solemnized in the year 2008 whereas she died in the year 2013.

The aforesaid fact goes to show that the deceased spent her married life for near about five years at her matrimonial home and between the aforesaid period, no complain regarding the ill-behaviour of her in-laws was ever made.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43941 of 2014 (3) dt.25-03-2015 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 199 of 2013.
