In this case, the petitioner has raised a grievance that she has wrongly been deprived of being appointed as Lady Supervisor of Anganwari Sevika.

As per the claim of the petitioner, she has a requisite qualification. Private respondent while working as Anganwari Sevika has wrongly and illegally enhanced the educational qualification and on that basis, she has wrongly been selected and so much so that grievance has been raised with regard to the date of birth also.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21983 of 2013 dt.25-02-2016 2/2 As per the Scheme appointment of the Supervisor of Anganwari Sevika, the Collector is the original authority to see the grievance of the persons making complaint of being deprivation of selection.

From the record it appears that the petitioner has not approached the Collector, though she has filed the application before the Commissioner who is the Appellate Authority. In such view of the matter, the petitioner must approach the Collector for raising her grievance.

Let the petitioner file a complaint before the Collector, Saharsa who will be obliged to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order after giving due notice to the private respondent, Kumari Manju within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the complaint.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
