2. With the consent of all the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna

Patna High Court CWJC No.11320 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/3 (Respondent No. 2) dated 31.05.2025 which has been enclosed in the writ application as P/4, which continues to be pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of his representation on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

4. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the Respondent-State and learned Senior Counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna do not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of directing the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 31.05.2025 (Annexure-P/4 to the writ application) on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be carried out within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.
