Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition of petitioner no.3, namely, Pramod Manjhi is dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 504, 354 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the injury reports is annexed as Annexure-3 to the petition which is as follows:- (i) A multiple bruise over the right arm 3 cm x 1 cm x 1 cm. (ii) Blood stained over the thumb & index region slight laceration. (iii) Right scalp swelling 20 m x 2 mx 1 cm (Fluetuent) and (iv) Bruise with swetting over right feet (2 cm x 1 cm). He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, namely, Manish Manjhi and Bunty Manjhi, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya Miss Swati Singh in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 124 of 2021, subject to the
