The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 384, 386 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation against the petitioner and others is to have made indiscriminate firing causing eight injuries on the informant and during investigation 37 cartridges have been recovered. The trial is going on. The petitioner has also criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances, in my opinion, the petitioner does not deserve bail at this stage. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.
