In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Balrampur (Telta) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the marriage of the daughter of the Informant was solemnized with one Md. Shaukat and, on the fateful day, the dead body of the deceased daughter of the Informant was found in the field. The Informant has a suspicion that Md. Shaukat and his father, the petitioner, are involved in the murder of her deceased daughter. The name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of Md. Shaukat.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44086 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and makes a prayer for bail, the court below, without being prejudiced by this order, will pass orders in accordance with law.
