The order dated 04.03.2013 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Narkatiaganj in Case N. 141 of 2012-13 (Annexure-2) is under challenge.

A counter affidavit on behalf of the Staterespondent has been filed stating that the petitioner has already filed an appeal.

Mr. Verma counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the writ application has become infructuous as the petitioner filed an appeal thereagainst which too was disposed of and a suit has been preferred by the petitioner for

In view of aforesaid, the application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
