The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2022 in connection with Nawada (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 856 of 2020 for the offence under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. He is accused in nineteen more cases. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the case and he has been made accused in all the cases. The petitioner is also granted bail by this Court in Nawada Sadar P.S. Case No. 372 of 2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46939 of 2022(7) dt.25-01-2023 2/2 the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Ist Nawada in connection with Nawada (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 856 of 2020.
