2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents authorities to cancel the license of respondent No. 5 and also for shifting the name of the beneficiaries to another PDS shop running in the village.

3. It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the license of the PDS shop in village Tikuliya, District- East Chamaparan has been suspended/cancelled by the authorities.

4. The limited prayer of the petitioner is that their names may be attached to some nearby PDS shop so that they do not face any difficulty in getting the benefits.

5. The prayer of the petitioner seems to be genuine. The District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari is directed to take a decision with regard to an undated representation of the petitioner preferred before him within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
