2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 429, 153(A), 295(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960 & 345 r/w Section 429 Bihar Municipal Act, 2007.

3. As per F.I.R., all the named accused persons including these petitioners were running a slaughter house without proper permission and unauthorizedly, dealing with cow flesh. It is alleged that these petitioners and several others were responsible for transportation of cow meat from slaughter house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners have got no concern with the illegal business of cow flesh and they are simply labours, engaged in loading/ unloading of goods in the vehicle. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion as they are residents of Quraishi Mohalla, which is predominantly inhibited by Muslims. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Kammu Quraishi has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 12.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7029 of 2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P. S. Case No. 294 of 2020, subject to condition as
