2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition, in view of the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the allegations, one stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the petitioner.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has clean antecedents and he is in custody since 16.05.2024.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Gopalganj, Bihar /concerned Court below in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024, subject to the condition that the learned Court below concerned, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner will verify that whether the petitioner has any criminal history or not. If the Court below finds that the petitioner has criminal history then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall not be accepted and if the Court below finds that the petitioner has no criminal history then his bail bonds shall be accepted.

8. In case, the petitioner is released on bail then he is directed to mark his attendance at Sidhwaliya Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
