Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46697 of 2022(4) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 178 of 2022 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive and malafide intention. Further submission is that the first information report has been lodged after 3 days. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 178 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) utkarsh/- U T
