The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No.127/2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 15 (c), 25, 29 of the Indian Penal Code.

The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2891/2021. In the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
