====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with co-accused persons assaulted the informant and her brother-inlaw. Accused persons also snatched gold ear-ring of the informant.

4. It is submitted that there is case and counter case. Specific accusation of assault is against Mahesi Mahto. So far as petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against him. The doctor has found the injury sustained by the injured, simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class Muzaffarpur in Minapur Police Station Case No. 144 of 2020, in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
